The plugin should maintain logs (in WooCommerce or WordPress logs) for API calls, payment creation, and callback processing.
Check for errors such as invalid API key, malformed callback payload, or mismatched payment amounts.
If callbacks don’t reach your site, ensure your server can accept incoming POSTs and isn’t blocking via firewall or missing SSL.
