This is where you get the customer’s design for printing or production. There are two places to find it in the free version, plus a one-click ZIP in Pro.

Method 1: In the WooCommerce order

1. Go to WooCommerce → Orders and open the order.
2. Scroll to the Custom Product Builder Order Assets box.
3. Under Design views, click the Front thumbnail to open the full-size PNG in a new tab.
4. Save or print the image from the new tab.

Method 2: In Product Builder → Custom Orders

1. Go to Product Builder → Custom Orders to see the stat cards and the Orders list.
2. Click View on an order row.

1. In the Order details window, check the customer, status, date, total, billing address and items.
2. Click the design thumbnail in Order items to preview the design.
3. Click Open in WooCommerce to go to the full order.

The Design & Assets preview shows the design with the product name and view.

Download all assets as a ZIP (PRO)

The download icon on each order row downloads all of the order’s design assets as a ZIP. In the free version it opens Unlock Pro Features.

Tip: Only orders for products with Enable Builder turned on include a design.
