PRO Pro gives you three ways to get print files for every personalized order, including a one-click ZIP.

Method 1: WooCommerce order screen

1. Go to WooCommerce → Orders and open the order.
2. Scroll to the Custom Product Builder Order Assets box.
3. Under Design views, click a side (Front, Back) to open the full-size PNG, then save it.
4. Under Additional Assets, open the original images the customer uploaded or used.

Method 2: Download all assets from Custom Orders

1. Go to Product Builder → Custom Orders.
2. Click the download icon on the order row.

1. Your browser downloads order-XX-assets.zip, for example order-22-assets.zip.

The ZIP is organized by product:

• Custom-Hoodie/designs/: one PNG per side, such as Front-….png and Back-….png
• Custom-Hoodie/assets/: the source images the customer uploaded

Method 3: Order details window

1. In Custom Orders, click View on an order.
2. Review the customer, status, billing address and items, with thumbnails for each side and asset.
3. Click Open in WooCommerce to go to the full order.

Tip: For print-ready 300 DPI files or a vector PDF, turn on High-Resolution Print-Ready Export (Pro Toolkit settings).
